Customer service was awesome. My daughter and I selected this location, as it was walking distance to the U.S Bank Stadium. Check in was fast, easy and we got upgraded to a suite which made our first Minnesota Vikings game even better, thank you Hyatt!

Great for Twin Cities Marathon
Clean. My room had a living room area which was nice a spacious and the bed was comfortable for a very restful night of sleep just before my marathon. It was also centrally located 2 blocks away from the starting line of the Twin Cities Marathon that I was running.

This property is a short walk from the light rail to the airport and Mall of America, is within walking distance of a host of fine dining options, and will be my first choice anytime I travel to Minneapolis in the future. Midweek rate for a King with sofa bed (and a beautiful city view) on the sixth floor was a terrific value at $170/night before taxes. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. The room was immaculate, the sofa was spacious and so comfortable. The bathroom was compact, but easy enough for one person to maneuver around. The shower was spacious and the water pressure was strong. The bath towels were a highlight: I have never used such soft hotel towels. Heavenly! I slept well in the great big bed, with pillows that were just right — neither too soft/squishy nor too firm. Linens were spotless. I really appreciated the quiet. I never heard any noise from outside or from other guests.

Well overall it was fine. Good breakfast for sure. Odd thing was bathroom door was a sliding frosted glass door. Most hotel beds are uncomfortable so no surprise there.

Location to the Armory was great. The room was large and the separate living room space was great so my daughter could sleep in while I needed to do some work the next morning. The rooms were pretty quiet and the buffet breakfast was standard offerings but appreciated that staff had waffles made vs having to wait in a line to make one at a time like other places.

Good hotel
Stayed here for two nights to attend a Vikings game. Conveniently located to the stadium, an easy walk. Hotel was easy to access and close to the metro stop and rest of downtown. Room was clean and in good condition. Breakfast was good and there is plenty of seating.

Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, pool was nice, free breakfast had so many options and was all very good. It was great that you can get your parking ticket validated at the front desk then not have to pay every time you leave. Would definitely stay here again!
