Customer service was awesome. My daughter and I selected this location, as it was walking distance to the U.S Bank Stadium. Check in was fast, easy and we got upgraded to a suite which made our first Minnesota Vikings game even better, thank you Hyatt!

The staff was very helpful! We appreciated the parking convenience, however it was narrow and tight parking as well as driving through the ramp, so we were concerned we’d damage our mid sized vehicle.

The check- in process took close to 20 min due only one front desk person being staffed and it was an exceptional busy Sunday due to a local NFL game. The one staffer was also responsible for manning the coffee shop which people began to just walk away from because they were sick off waiting to be helped. I big miss on Hyatt’s part to under staff on such a busy check-in day.

The hotel was clean and within walking distance of US Bank Stadium. Breakfast was included and had lots of options. The inky downside was waiting for elevators after the Vikings game.

Couldn’t check in at 4:00 as advertised, and although staff was apologetic about it, when we returned much later to just grab the key, staff was too busy helping others at the bar and food counter, prioritizing those walking up there after us, resulting in another long wait. Also room heat didn’t work - 62 degrees all night and morning.
