I feel like it would’ve been nicer to stay at motel 6. The elevator floor was wrecked and sketchy to be in. The tiles in the bathroom and some of the walls have cracks and indentations like they were previously punched in. It’s a nonsmoking room, but apparently that doesn’t apply to the hallways that wreaked of smoke. The staff doesn’t greet you. They “do the job” but customer service doesn’t exist.

One male staff member was excellent, calm and courteous always professional. The rest was a nightmare: cockroaches, unclean, unsafe. Police were there and urged us to leave due to crime and safety issues.

As i was checking in 4 cops came in and the guy at reception desk said oh ya thats pretty common here. There were no towels in the room, the complementary breakfast did not exsist. Part of the flooring was missing in elevator. And there was what looked like blood on the walls in hallway. I would not recommend this hotel.

It is close to I35 so that is good Property has many problems with needed repairs and uncleanliness. I would never stay there again. I am grateful we had the basics but worried about our safety. Deadbolt did not work. 2 live hornets in room. Evidence of previous bed bug problem. Sketchy breakfast with no one monitoring cleaning and supplies. Thankful we survived and so happy to leave.
