No hot water, the heating/cooling system door didn’t stay closed, loud, noisy, people across the hall screamed and yelled, kids running up and down the hallway. Everything reported but no help. Also have a charge of $100 for deposit

I stay here each time in MN. I like the options of the bigger rooms with a sitting area. It’s updated even though still some signs of wear and tear. It’s consistent and I never have any issues. Clean and comfortable.

Overall, our stay was alright. When I checked in I was given a room that was already taken by another person. It was quite difficult to carry everything suitcase, shopping bags etc back to the front desk and let them know that there is someone in the room. I probably alarm the other person who was in thier hotel room when we open the door. That was the only problem that occured during our stay.

Everything was pretty smooth. There is evident PEE stains on the pullout couch as well as the couch just looking very outdated and ripping along the cushions. The bathroom mirrors were cracked also.
