Long walk to our room but otherwise everything was good. Staff was friendly, we appreciated the cookies after a long day of shopping!!

On one of the days our electronic lock on our door ran out of battery and I had to search for help at the front desk. The front desk sent someone to open the door but the woman helping me wasn’t sure how long it would take and the way she phrased it had us worried it would take up to an hour and was very unprofessional. On another day the wifi completely went down which was incredibly inconvenient. The way the hotel is constructed also makes it terrible to walk through as it’s built very weird.

Luke warm stay
AC had some kind of limiter on it. Wouldn’t get colder than 72 degrees. Initially they charged me twice for the room, but someone eventually helped me. $4 waters. The shuttle drivers were the shining stars of this stay.

First we had to change rooms because the ac did not work. We changed rooms and found we didn’t have any hot water. Repair came up fixed it. But by the time I got out of shower we didn’t have any hot water. Finally tried to call front desk from airport to be picked up. The phone wasn’t answered
