U of M visit

The neighborhood is great. House is within walking distance to parks, trails along the Mississippi, Minnehaha Falls. We drove to Sculpture Garden, St. Paul, Como Zoo, Mall of America, etc. It was a great place to relax after a busy day.

Wonderful rental

Pleasant home, newly updated

This rental worked out very nicely for myself, husband, and two kids in elementary school. We always look for a place to stay with separate bedrooms and separate beds for our kids, either twins or bunks as it's easier to sleep than a hotel room. We liked the snacks and treats on our pillows too! The house is very tastefully renovated and decorated.

Great for a Thanksgiving Launch Pad

The property was awesome, great stove for cooking meals and it was the perfect size for what we needed. The heated floor in the bathroom was FIRE!!!! It was amazing to get up to that every morning. Cant recommend it enough.

Lovely Duplex

We stay 3 nights and sorry I did not make reservations for a week. You know how to makes guest welcome. Coffee, water, snacks were nice to have; should we wanted to partake. Comfortable bed was waiting when we returned from a long walk in the lovely neighborhood and local park trails. Every one must take in a movie at the Riverview Theater. Such an iconic theater (opened in 1948). If you are reading this review, do not hesitate to rent this home.

Great place

It is a great spot. We stayed there for a concert in St. Paul at the Xcel Energy Center. The house is very clean, very easy to access, very comfy. The neighborhood is quiet. It’s easy to get to either downtowns of the Twin Cities. Do yourself a favor and go to the Blue Door Pub around the corner for a Juicy Lucy.

Nice updated unit that suited our needs perfectly. Beds were very comfortable, AC kept the place comfortable, and the kitchen was just what we needed. Great to have access to the laundry in the basement as well.

Cute and convenient!

This unit was very cozy and comfortable. We were working remotely with great wifi. We each had our own comfy bedroom. The check-in process was very smooth and used a keycode so you didn't have to keep track of a key. The kitchen was stocked with what we needed. It had a Keurig but no coffee pot, but plenty of k/cups. They even left a welcome plate of snacks! The TV's were big and had lots of entertainment options. The location was very close to a trail and about a mile from the Minnehaha falls and park, which was perfect to walk to. Bathroom was stocked with shampoo, conditioner, soap and even mints on the pillow. Very well managed place!

We stayed at 4102 46th Ave S while visiting our daughter who lives in the neighborhood. It was nice to have more space and amenities than a hotel, plus room for grandchildren to stay with us for a night or two.

The rental home was spotless, updated, nicely decorated. Quiet neighborhood. I appreciated the security system and felt comfortable and safe, as I was traveling alone. Perfect for a home base in the cities!

This was my very first VRBO rental, and it certainly set the bar high for those to follow. My 26 year olds, my son and his best friend, enjoyed sharing the room with the twin beds. We all utilized two of the three tvs.
