We had 4 rooms for our family and were very disappointed. The rooms were dirty and all of them, and the hallway, absolutely stunk like marijuana. One of the rooms still had a bag taped over the smoke alarm from a previous guest, so obviously housekeeping wasn’t super thorough before we got there. They also advertise that breakfast is included, which is one of the main things we look for when booking hotels. We went down in the morning and the “breakfast” was a basket with some off brand honeybuns and chocolate donuts, both of which were almost too hard to eat. The staff was friendly, but we wouldn’t ever stay there again.

The staff was very nice and they were always on duty 24 seven. The rooms are definitely needed for minimum of paint job, and some plaster fill, the beds are spring so they’re not quite super comfortable but firm, the AC heat is very difficult to get to a comfortable level as either too hot Or cold. They advertises having breakfast, but the breakfast they offer is a pack of donuts. Coffees always hot and ready that’s a plus. It’s a very average place and I would only recommend it as a budget destination.

There were a lot of people hanging out by the entrance doors late at night drinking. Plus it doesn't say you have to pay a $100 deposit until you get there if you want a non smoking room.

Very well kept secret and very clean. A couple of issues in the shower stall that I wasn’t happy with. Could have used some more cleaning. Overall stay was warm, clean and comfortable. Extremely nice staff

Hotel has been updated recently. Our room had a recently renovated bathroom, bed with great mattress, 42 “ TV, apartment size refrigerator, full size recliner and a nice desk table. All of the flooring in the room, hallways and lobby was near new. Excellent pool and hot tub. Great place to stay on a budget.
