The bathroom sink did not have any water pressure . The beds were very small and hard as rocks. And the staff was very rude when you checked in. Overcharged me when you check The staff was very rude and didn’t know what they were doing. And when I was checking out, they didn’t know what room I was in and that I was supposed to be checking out early and I was not

The best thing at property was friendly staff and willingness of them to help,but they are young and inexperienced and will get better.A few of them had no idea where to find a few things that were missing,both at front desk and in guest room.

This property is terrible. I would rate it negative if I could. The parking lot had garbage and discarded food. Every part of the building needed attention. Halls were extremely dirty. There was no water pressure and the curtains in our room were stained. Our original room had an extremely small tv. We switched rooms but the new room had a bad smell. The staff added an air purifier for a bit, which helped some. There seemed to be a lot of people coming and going. Someone knocked on our door at 11:30 pm. We would never stay there again.

Everything was great. I chose to sleep in so I missed the free breakfast. The hotel is old & outdated but you can tell the rooms have been updated & redone to the best possible way. There was an odor that lingered in the hallway, either because it was old or because of smoking .
