Not that normal Quality inn experience
Check in was fine- person was pre occupied with personal call. Parking is 10.00 a night and they didn’t have enough spaces in the back parked on the side of the building on the street and still had to pay. Breakfast was to be ready by 6:30 still not ready at 7 when we had to leave . Customer service over all was poor. Room as fine so it served its purpose . But would choose to go elsewhere next time .. not what I expected from a Quality inn .( not the same mindset at this location clearly)

Nice stay
I wish i coukd remember the names of tge staff i interacted with. Upon arriving i had such a friendly gentlemen help me with check in, just helpful and funny. And the woman who was keeping breakfast stocked 10/10! She just kept on going, i work in hospitality so i always observe the breakfast staff at any hotel. She was so sweet and diligent, again i feel so bad i didnt catch her name to be able to recognize her. The room itself was big, comfortable (cold) but the heat wasnt on, so once i turned it on it was fine. Pool was nice, it was colder than i hoped and no hottub but i shoulve checked for that prior so i cant complain. I was just lookimg for an inexpensive stay by MOA and i was happy with the choice.

Upon arrival there were thieves arguing with the front desk personal due to a machine they tried to get coins from. Not the greatest situation for safety.

Staff was rude upon arrival. Was charged $253 when I first arrived and was not told anything at all. Received card for hotel and was not told what room we were in. Very bad lighting in rooms and some stuff in the room just seemed dirty.

We originally booked a suite room due to having a group of people, when we arrived they had given our room away to someone else for an “upgrade for an inconvenience that happened to them”. Stuck us in a 1 bed room, as well as charged us the same amount of the suite room. Glad they could accommodate to someone else’s “inconveniences” but not ours! 🙄

The people were kind and easy to work with, the rooms were clean, but if you look “too much” you’ll see that nothing has been wiped down. Not the headboards, drawers, or bedside tables.. you can see fingerprints and smears everywhere. We had a balcony, but the door handle was gone and it was bolted shut.. beds were very comfy though lol
