Property was perfect for us. We chose the hotel because we were going to Mall of America for 2 days to celebrate our son birthday. Being connected to the mall was a huge plus! The rooms were nice, you needed a keycard to get on the elevator, which is great for safety The only issue is no microwave in the room.. but their was a shared one on the 3rd floor

Good room, great view. We got an upgrade to a high floor which included access to the lounge with breakfast and happy hour - very nice. The floors are so cold, though, that I wish the room came with slippers along with the robes. We needed some service to the room - they were prompt and professional.

We had a great check-in experience, even though we arrived late at night. I was initially concerned there might be an issue since it was late, but (Scott?) at the front desk exceeded expectations. He was courteous, professional, and highly knowledgeable—an outstanding representative of the hotel. The property itself was clean, quiet, and conveniently connected to the Mall of America. Overall, a fantastic stay!

The room was conveniently located to Mall of America. The common areas were exceptional. Our room was cold no blankets provided and no one would ask the phone when we called for assistance on any extension, when we talk to desk in person they did not care.

We came in at 1105 and that lady in the front desk was not so friendly.. i asked if we can do early check in since we came in from another state and she said we have to pay $50… so we decided not to do it coz we booked 2 rooms and we have to pay $100 then she said come back at 1200 without any empathy/ or sympathy not even smiling with us so we decided to go to the mall first and check in at 3pm thank goodness the one who assisted us is not her… the guy was very helpful and very nice
