Facilities are older, smell like smoke even though it’s smokeless facility. No coffee pots in room, TV reception poor quality, not a lot of amenities, but it was a good price.

This motel is sorely in need of an update on the doors and hallways within the building. I felt like I was walking into 1985 as soon as I walked through the building. I understand the capital costs that this presents but it would go a long way for your longevity.

If you’re looking for an economic AND safe/clean/basic option in the Twin Cities area, this is the spot. Worth the extra minutes to get a really great night’s sleep. Perfect for what we needed. Very rude customer service the lady at front desk that checked me in was very rude and unprofessional threating me when my daughter was helping me with my stuff to my room she said she was goin to call the cops cause she wasn’t on my room when I checked in like she wasn’t even in the room with me for 5 minutes my whole 2 days was hell

The hallways had a terrible order and the rooms smelled unclean. Although it says it's a non smoking building, the bedspreads are covered in cigarette burns. We only stayed one night as the beds are so worn out it was impossible to get any sleep.

When we first got upstairs it smelled like fecal matter. The carpet was dirty and looked like it hadnt been vacuumed in quite a while, food along the sides of the beds. I dont believe the sheets were changed before we arrived, there was hair on the sheets. The sink was plugged with used razors and other debris. The wall was covered in dust, cobwebs along the ceiling. Pictures taken and can be provided. Someone sprayed or put carpet deoderizer in the hallway, made it difficult to breath. The woman at the front desk Michelle said the person across the hall was dirty and didn't shower often.
