The customer service at this hotel is top-notch. We were surprised to get a two bedroom-two-bathroom suite for an affordable price. Our daughter's flight came in at 11:30pm and they offered shuttle service for airport pickup for that time. The shuttle driver went home sick however the front desk staff immediately called a Lyft and she was picked up at the airport without a hitch! Complimentary breakfast was great!!! Will definitely stay here again when we are in the airport area.

Hotel is clean and quiet. We needed a two bedroom suite, it was nice and spacious. Breakfast was good. The pool was not operational but guests were allowed to go to the sister hotel next door and use theirs (we did not do this however). Price was reasonable.

Upon arrival (after a 2 hour delayed flight) I was greeted by Oscar and his pleasant smile. He helped me out with an accommodation I called ahead for that wasn’t noted as I was informed it would be. He got me into a room, but it wasn’t satisfactory (smelled of mold). He was very kind and swiftly got me into another room. I was able to rest and fully enjoy my visit. His staff was equally friendly. I ran into smiling faces EVERYWHERE! I loved my visit. Felt like home.

We tried this place out for the first time as we wanted more space with having two kids and it was nice to have that at home feel. The fridge was big enough to actually big enough to fit all our leftovers in from Grandma's house and still have room for a case of pop and water. We didn't use the stove or dishwasher but it was a nice option to have if we had brought more of our own food to make a meal if we needed to. The breakfast was a hotel breakfast so nothing special just ok.oher the staff where great! Very nice and helpful. I called a few days before my stay just to make sure the booking was in the system and that the room had a bath tub/ shower combo and the gal that answered the phone was very nice. The bad. Well I stayed in room 219 and something was wrong with the window as it wouldn't seal all the way so the cold air was just POURING in so the heat was running all night and we had to keep the curtains close just to block some of the cold air coming through.

Close to airport was reason we picked this place, but didn’t realize the place was as old as it was in our room at least. Half the outlets worked in there, the vanity one kept shorting out when my wife tried to use the dryer or curling iron. So one of us got to charge our phone through the night. The toilet was tough to use and very loud flush. The shower and toilet area is separate from vanity is nice but it is dated and pretty dim in the shower area. There is no free parking like most of the other similar hotels in the same area, which I did not realize otherwise we would have stayed elsewhere.

Check in was pleasant and quick. Room was slightly aged but clean. Well appointed with reference to kitchenette. Beds and bedding were comfortable and fresh quality. Parking adequate but stay was week night. It would surely be tight when closer to capacity. Dining and bar adequate in other building.

Comfy beds. Quiet except for the plumbing. Rooms had small issues (trim not nailed down, interior door shutting issues, one tv wouldnt work) but overall great stay. Wonderful breakfast. Shuttle service to the mall greatly appreciated.

I didn't know I had to pay for parking until after I got there, because when I put my filters in for FREE PARKING, your hotel still came up. Otherwise, everything else was fantastic!

I ordered a room with fireplace but I think I should have been told the fireplace doesn’t work until Winter time though it was in the 40s as far as temperature. The carpet had large stains in several places Other than that I must say that I enjoyed my stay with husband and teenage daughter. Breakfast was good and plentiful.

We liked being able to walk across to Jake’s dining @ Courtyard for omelette breakfast buffet. What we didn’t like- pool advertised / not in service. And We were billed for parking for each night we stayed as extra fee when checking out. That seems bit ridiculous.
