The hallways and common areas felt like the air was on. We had to put a towel in front of our door because there was a draft. I was aware that there was no hot tub when booking, but was unaware how small the pool was. We were there on a Thursday & Friday and both evenings thr pool was full of kiddos, which made for not a lot of room to swim. Also because pool area is so small I was constantly getting splashed. The breakfast here was terrible and not to mention they started cleaning up 10 mins prior to breakfast being over. Also, I would suggest buying another waffle maker or 2 as my kid waited over 20 mins just too make one! I also requested that my room be vacuumed and it seemed to be an issue. They did eventually vacuum, but didn't empty any of our trash cans even though they were overflowing with trash. I've never had an issue with this at other places. I will likely not be coming back to this hotel unless the others that I have tried in the past for visiting Mall Of America are not available.

Great place! So close to the Mall of America and they also provide a shuttle to get there. It is a little noisy at times due to the airport being across from the hotel but nothing too bad. Would definitely stay here again.

Rating a 3 star because the breakfast was not good and parking at night is very difficult to find. It just very packed but not their fault. Everything else was great and it was very convenient to all the places I wanted to go.

Great hotel, comfortable, clean and so welcoming.
It was great. Check in was so wonderful. The front desk hosts were so personable and happy and enjoyed there job. We were a bit early but they were able to get us a room in the area that we requested. We will return on our next visit to Minnesota.

It was a little difficult finding the property since the GPS took us to the hotel next door. Evidently, this is a common occurrence. It was too bad the property also did not have a bartender available. Thus, the bar was closed. Otherwise, we enjoyed the staff and our room.
