Very nice property-2nd time staying - only inconvenience was cable went out and the rest of the 12 hours we were stuck in hotel while a storm hit and we couldn’t watch any tv or stream any services

The Super 8 hotel is like many other Wyndam- branded hotels along the I-494 stip near MSP airport. It is old, run down, has weak wifi. It should have been rehabbed 20 years ago. The drains are slow, housekeeping does not exist. TV reception is weak. Many of its guests behave like animals. No dining in the immediate area.

It's sometimes the little things that you take for granted. There was no place to hang your clothes. Limited outlets and they were in poor locations. The breakfast was alright. The staff was friendly but they sometimes did not understand what was being asked. Overall I've stayed in worse, but many that were better.

Drawers were unsecured, ended up having one drop on my big toe causing it to bruise under my nail. I had to medically treat my toe to relieve pain caused by unsafe drawers. Shower rail was hanging down as if someone had attempted to end themself. General show of wear and tear, sub-standard maintenance of the overall room
