Needs some work.
The suite that we stayed in was a little run down. The eyes didn't fit properly on the stove. There was a chair in the living room that had Doritos crushed underneath the cushion that had not been cleaned. On the positive side the people at the front desk were very nice. The area was safe. It's within a good distance to a lot of nice things in the city.

When they charger the credit card for the stay, we were overcharged. Desk attendant did not have a answer why when checking out. Had to call the next day to get corrected. Will not stay there again.

Overall good experience. Dead beetle squished on the wall right when we walked into the hotel room and some repairs throughout the room done in a sloppy manner.

Only thing it lacks is indoor pool, also not enough utensils etc in the room, I think there was 1 fork and 1 spoon and no glasses, we had full kitchen; also room had 1 small couch, it would have been nice to have another chair

Renaissance Festival Weekend
We stayed here for the Renaissance Festival and honestly loved it, it was perfect for our two day stay. Kitchen was lovely and everything was super clean and convenient. Check in super easy nice and cheap deposit as well which is always a must. Will definitely stay again

My family arrived late at night and the desk staff (I cannot recall his name) was kind and check in was a breeze. The room was spacious and offered a kitchenette, fold out couch, 2 bedrooms and bathroom. There was obvious wear on some of the furniture, dents on the fridge and the doors on one bedroom and the bathroom seemed off kilter and were difficult to close. It wasn’t a major concern for my family though. Checkout time is noon so that was very convenient, not having to rush out in the morning since we were up quite late. The hallways and commons areas offer nice decor and it’s a relaxing environment. Only stayed one night, but would definitely consider for extended stays. Price was fantastic. There is a little store area at the front desk, which we didn’t use but it was nice to know that items were available if we had forgotten something. There is also a list of items in the lobby available to borrow such as a crockpot and iron. Also, they have a wall sized map in the lobby listing local shops and restaurants.
