Bed linens are 100% polyester, which made for an uncomfortable and electrifying (literally) experience. With a cold winter and furnaces running constantly, the electricity in the linens are scary.
The hotel was good service was nice, did not like the inconvenience of no parking when I got there the first day I drove for 20 minutes trying to find parking. They offer valet but too expensive
Our biggest complaint was the room was pretty cool. Another mishap was the hair dryer's plug was super bent, and we teied to bend it back, but there was no way it was going into an outlet. Brought it downstairs to get a different one, and it seemed like the guy at the front didn't know when we could get another. I didnt have that kind of time. We eventually got it bent back enough for it to go into an outlet by bending it in the door frame, and by bending it on a table. Otherwise, check-in staff and check-out staff were super and friendly. The guy watching the breakfast area was running his kiester off rending to the stocking and cleanilness of that area as well.
This has to be one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed at. I appreciated the level of care and concern the front desk had for my husband and I as we celebrated one of our anniversaries. The ladies were so high spirited, kind and remembered our faces every tine we came down. Customer services at its finest..
Samuel working the hotel Valet was amazing at helping to direct where I should be parking for unloading at check in and even explained how to get to the cheapest parking ramp nearby since I had decided I didn't want to pay the valet prices for overnight parking at hotel. He was phenomenal and should get a raise because he is on his game and just super nice. Arycka at the front desk was really nice and helpful at getting me checked in and explaining things about the hotel. Cons I have regarding our stay was a large wad of black hair sitting on top of the drain in our shower, I used to do housekeeping when I was young, it was just a little ridiculous of an amount to have walked out and not noticed. I feel like it may have not even been cleaned at all because you can't miss the size of hairball that we threw away. Another note was there was no ice bucket to go get ice in for our room? We had a cooler, tried to fill that but it's kind of hard when you can't fit it under the spout that well. Lastly when we got back from the concert it was really warm in our room and there was no turning down the air or up in the event we were cold. The thermometer in this particular room was not user friendly and we tried for over 20 mins seeing how to change it and then finally just gave up and were exhausted. One last positive note, the gentleman that worked the free breakfast in the morning was wonderful. Engaged with all guests and could tell he liked his job! Thank you to all the staff!
