Toilets made loud screeching noises. No bars of soap or body wash left for shower just sink. Freezing in hotel but rooms were hot. Complementary breakfast was not edible. No one to ask to fix juice machine since staff was eating at the same time. Bedding wasn’t as clean as it should be. Pool was closed but no one knew until we got there. Front desk staff were friendly but if I stay in Minot again I will likely choose another place to stay.

Have stayed there before, no issues. However, we brought our dogs and I know some properties have dog specific rooms.. but this room.. smelt awful! We only stayed 1 night and weren’t in the room for majority of the stay, but it was bad. Had to crack the window with the freezing temps to let fresh air in.

The hotel overall was very nice, clean and with no bad oders. Staff was very friendly and professional. The room was sufficient in size and bed was very comfortable. the bathroom was rather small. There was drainage problems with bathroom sink and bathtub. Overall would definitely stay there again should I be in the area. Would also recommend!

I cannot say enough bad things about this property. From the way the staff appear in uniform, to greeting you by saying they want to rip the phone out of the wall, to the pool not working, wifi not working, double charging, just a disgusting, embarrassing place.
