The front desk staff have been phenomenal. We were impressed with their professionalism, service and helpfulness. However we were greatly disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. It appears house keeping inspections have not been conducted. The mattress protectors on the hide a bed couches in all three rooms are disgusting at best. This is the second time I stayed here and it’s gone down hill since two years prior. We started in room 412. We found crumbs, bugs and multiple blood stains and on the hide a bed, dirt hair and filth behind the mattresses and a bottle cap and dirt on the room floor. We then moved to 226. Where we found another dirty hide a bed. A spoon, garbage, battery, more crumbs, tone nail, Skittles and possible tampon?!? Lastly the door didn’t latch shut properly. We finally settled on room 210. We felt that one ant, a dirty sock and a small blood stain on the bed was the cleanest we were going to get. Which in my standards is not acceptable. The night staff did inform us that they were unable to refund our rooms as we did ask thinking we could change hotels. We emailed the manager Friday night when we checked in. We went to the front desk Saturday no manager, phoned later in the afternoon when she was suppose to be in and she wasn’t available. Sent the manager another email Saturday. Went back to the front desk Sunday between 9-3 when she was suppose to be in she still wasn’t there. Still haven’t heard and we did not get a discount.

Nice facility with very good swimming pool with water slides. Tiny televisions compared to most other hotels. Lack of USB charging outlets seemed to lag other hotels. Need to have a clock in all rooms that works. Night light is bathroom would be helpful. Good, not great, breakfast that included the basics. Would stay there again particularly if we traveled again with grandchildren that loved the pool and water slides.

Took a moms and daughter trip and fit 6 people into 2 beds and a pull out couch. One bathroom was tricky but there was a public bathroom right out our door. Definitely an older hotel with some funky smells. Breakfast was fine, nothing great but to be expected

I'm not here to give this facility a poor review. But I think they fact of an all men cleaning crew could use some refining. Mix it up, hire a couple women to help with certain visions. The pool & hit tub were great. My kids really enjoyed it. Thanks

Stayed here for pool and water slides. It was a busy weekend and a lot of people were there. The pool water wasn’t very clear. There were many adults drinking alcohol in the pool area. The breakfast is amazing and always has been the many times I’ve stayed here.

Front desk agent was great at arrival. The room was clean, 1 reading lamp don't work, the wall in the bathroom bottom corner by shower is peeling off and it's all over the floor, smells like humidity. I had the Handycap suite, shower head was not lowered. Slippery in the shower. Hot tub was great.

Website says they offer free shuttle from Minot Int’l Airport, I had notified them a couple of days ahead of time and the morning of my stay and the hotel was not able to provide a shuttle to pick me up, left me stranded at airport.

Unfortunately our beds were dirty, or at least the sheets hadn’t been changed/had hair and particular under the cover and on the sheets, and the pull out couch need d a new mattress as the stains on it were atrocious. By the pool and water slides were great and the breakfast.
