Our first room was filthy so we were moved to another. Both rooms had old fabric chairs that were dirty and stained (NOT a leather chair like the pictures). Our bathtub was stained and marked up with gross caulking. The room looked nothing like the pictures and we were charged a premium rate since there was a festival going on in town. Unfortunate that we couldn't get into a hotel anywhere else. Gross. Never again.

The staff were polite. Location good. The firat room had electrical issues. We moved. The next room had stained and ripped chairs. Floor was sticky and dirty.

One of the lights didn't work, there was very dim lighting in the room and bathroom. There were bugs in the room and it could have been overall cleaner.

Staff was rude. They made a room key for MY room for some random person so when I arrived back at my room, my key didn’t work. I complained to the front desk and asked them to make me a new key and the lady told me that she would t make me a key and told me if I wanted a key then I should ask the unknown lady that she apparently made the key for. So I ended up being locked out of my room and couldn’t even reach customer service((

The room smells bad, the carpet is dirty, the shower curtain is dirty, the shower was clogged,the room from above us was making so much noise the entire night. I was extremely disappointed.
