If reception is rude and has too much ego and do not respect guests then all other good things ll turn to bad. I escaped just because of one reception staff. Soooo rude. Thanks a lot - i felt as if i am in prison.

A central location, facilities for work and creativity (musical instruments), a cafeteria, gym and cleanness of the room, a friendly stuff, quietness. Around 10 am (almost before checking out time) it was some repairment work in front of the room

Urban hostel is The Best hostel in Minsk!! It is 3 story buildings with personal showers, sauna and gym. There is also cafe and play room. Each bed has a privacy walls and storage space. Great place to stay in Minsk! Excellent location! The registration for tourists from other countries staying in Minsk more than 5 days is free!! I’ve stopped by few other places and they are far behind in quality service. Some of them also charge registration fee. Subway is not really close but in walking distance (5-7 mins).

Great facilities, and helpful friendly staff. They only need to tweak a couple things to make it great. Closing down the common area at night is a problem because people don't really have a place to hang out (and they then hang out in the sleeping room). Some organized activities and/or city tours would be nice additions as well. Otherwise, everything was great.
