*There is CONSTRUCTION being done on the building until 4/10 and the units have been discounted for the inconvenience. *

*POOL CLOSED from 9/9/24 to 8/31/25 for renovation. Guests can use the Phil Hummel Pool on the North side of Sandestin. You can can also use the brand new Linkside pool that is to the left on the Bay side once you go past the guard gate. It is maybe a half mile once you go the the left at the round-a-bout and it is on the left. It is also heated. Discounts have already been added for the inconvenience.

Located in Beachside II on the 4th floor in Sandestin ®, this condo offers stunning views of the sugar white sand and the famous emerald waters. This newly remodeled beachfront condo has a king bed, sleeper sofa, flat screen TV, closet, full bathroom with shower, and a full kitchen. This is one of the few "studio style" setups that offers a full kitchen. The balcony includes a patio table and chairs for dining with a view. A washer and dryer is also located in the condo for your convenience.

Amenities include a pool that is seasonally heated, fitness area, gulf views, 3 elevators, grills on the pool deck, ice machine on first floor, tram service, private beach, free parking and WIFI.

On the resort you can enjoy tennis, golf, shopping, dining, kids activities, spa, salon, marina, watersports, community pools, fitness center.

Very Nice Studio

The 4th Floor Studio was perfect for our needs. 1st time visiting the area and location was perfect. Appreciated the gated security. View from big balcony was awesome and easy access to beach. The full kitchen, washer and dryer was a big plus not often seen in a studio. Convenient to elevator and parking garage. Property management was very prompt and helpful. Would definitely stay here again. Would suggest to cleaning staff to include cleaning balcony railing and balcony furniture in between rentals.

Perfect place for a couple’s getaway

Great Studio for two

We enjoyed our stay and loved waking up with the ocean view everyday. My only complaint is that all of the elevators weren't working and it was very busy. We had a wheelchair so we had to wait a long time to get an elevator.

Property was DIRTY ! Inside and outside. Building not one bit nice. Steps all broken up! Wood was put where steps are broken and you could EASILY trip down the steps. Place is not one bit nice! I know this will NOT get posted because of the bad review but whoever cleans the place needs glasses. Hair in bathroom. Shower door RIDICULOUS and heavy. Sliding door HEAVY and ridiculous to open and close. Needs a paint job outside. Balcony not clean! So messy. Bathroom is GROSS ! HATED this place so bad! Way too much money for such a dirty place ! Only positive thing about the place is the OCEAN IS BEAUTIFUL as well as the beach. Would not recommend to ANYONE !

We had a wonderful stay at Beachwind II. Listing was accurate, property management easily reached and gave us everything we needed. Parking and access to room was great! Nice pool and beach access. Close to all the shopping and dining! Clean. Beautiful property. Would def stay again.

Inside the condo was very clean. The balcony has beautiful views other than the glass railing being unkept. Your cleaning crew needs to clean it after each guest. Also, a toaster in the condo would have been much appreciated. Overall I would definitely stay here again.

Major safety concern for condo-minor needs for room

The room was overall nice and it is beachfront which was a major plus. However, we were a group of 3 ladies. There were NO mirrors in the room other than a mirror in the bathroom-which stayed foggy most of the time. With 3 ladies taking showers & getting ready to go out to dinner each night, this was an issue (owner please hang a mirror somewhere in this room for future female guests). Also, balcony has glass banisters that stay so foggy that you can not enjoy the view while seated on the balcony-needs to have bar height seating. This condo (Beachside 2) also had a huge fire safety concern. Every door/gate is key coded to remained locked-even the access to stairwells. Several times during our trip the codes would not work to access the stairwell and even to exit the front door of the main lobby. If a fire were to occur you MUST be able to access stairwell and exit doors. This really needs to be reported to the fire marshall.
