Hotel rooms are outdated, however, common areas are upgraded. Our room with 2 queen beds was massive. Sheets were clean. Breakfast included choice of fresh egg/omelette made by chef.

I thought the idea to have free cocktail hour for guests was a great idea. I think the facilities could have been better. Vot example, the elevator broke a few times during my stay. The location was so amazing that it overshadowed the imperfections of the building.

Our room was very comfortable, clean and plenty of space. I loved the ceiling fans in the living & bedroom. Breakfast was hot and fresh each morning. There are plenty places to sit & enjoy a meal and also nice quiet spaces to lounge in. It's also across the street from the beach & they provide beach towels. The staff was very pleasant. I am already booking our next stay!

Front desk attitude
There was a young lady at the front desk that, i felt, represented her position with an attitude. Any question i asked seemed too much for her. I tried calling tge front desk one night she was there w/ no response. I was tryung to inform staff of a male guest harrassing their bartender and that i felt she was not safe. I could not get ahold of anyone. I tried the front deek # many times. I pray she got home alright.

Staff were very friendly. It took 2 min to walk to the beach. Beach was very clean and quiet. Overall hotel was very clean but bathrooms bathtub had stains and it looked dirty.
