Pleasant Beach Weekend
Enjoyable weekend stay. Apartment was exactly as advertised and the pictures are accurate. Quick walk to the beach, nice pool, awesome views from the balcony. Our only issue is was that there were no parking passes left for us. The listing said we would discover our parking passes in a basket on the counter top. None were there, so we spent an hour of our first day of a weekend getaway trying to navigate how to get parking passes. Additionally, the listing advertises a key-fob that would get us access to the gym. Like the parking passes, the key-fob was supposed to be in the basket. It wasn’t there. Never bothered to try to track it down. Lastly, following our first day on the beach we headed back to the apartment to find that we were locked out. Pass code wouldn’t unlock the door. Called customer service again, and the management company did their best and had a technician out to unlock the door and fix the problem, but nobody wants to stand outside their apartment in wet bathing suits for an hour just trying to get into their place. The technician fixed the jammed up hardware inside the lock and hopefully the problem is solved for future guests.

Miramar Beach experience
My wife and I stayed at this property 8-10 Apr. For the most part there's isn't major complaints. The place was nice and looked exactly like the pics and walking distance from the beach. Our very small cons were: that the place didn't have a broom to sweep up the sand we accumulated from the beach One of the sinks in the master bathroom was clogged and the shower looked like it could've been cleaned a bit better Other than that our stay was great. We would definitely book here again.

Had a great stay love the privacy of the large balcony. Only suggestion I would make is to update the TV in the smaller bedroom way too small if you’re a person who likes to relax in bed and watch TV on vacation. But overall we enjoyed our stay and would book again!

Fun weekend, bad start
Good location right across from the beach. Code to get in wouldn’t work. Was told to ask someone from the property to find a way to open the door and the property told us it wasn’t their problem. Still couldn’t open the door after code was “reset” multiple times. After about a half hour finally got a maintenance code to get in. Was asked to run dishwasher before leaving but wasn’t provided enough soap to do so, had to go buy some. Beds were nice and had a lot of space.

Great condo for a great price. Only comments are that it would have been more accommodating to have the welcome packet with parking passes and pool passes in the condo, instead of the guests having to go to a separate location, and to have the water issue resolved upon guests checking on, rather than the water turning off in the middle of showers and the guests having to handle it.
