Beautiful townhouse, very clean, end unit, no one above or below you, quiet area, 2 free spots to park for you directly in front of townhouse. Golf & bike rental nearby, 2 outside areas, one screened in, 2 large master suites, with King beds. Wood look porcelain floors, upgraded kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Granite countertops, kitchen and baths. Very roomy living area. Excellent location, near San Destin, shopping, and Destin Harbor. Queen sleeper Murphy bed downstairs with half bath. WIFI is provided. Washer and dryer...close to the the most beautiful sandy beaches in the world. Have to see to appreciate. Just 5 minute walk to beach, or pool out the back door. You can enjoy many air dining experiences which include live music and amazing sunsets!! Many Extras!

This property was perfect. I booked it for a girls beach trip and it was exactly what we needed. The communication with Amelia was perfect, everything was clean. The beach was a short 5 minute walk. If you’re thinking about booking this place absolutely do it!

Hidden Gem
This property was perfect for our group of 5. Very clean and well maintained. The unit is very well stocked with just about anything you can think of from kitchen supplies to pillows and blankets to beach chairs etc. The pool area is very nice and wasn’t crowded at all. The unit has a large grill that is fairly new and can handle lots of food. The owner, Amelia, was in contact with me during the trip and was super nice and informative. I’m glad I happened upon this rental as we will definitely be booking again with Amelia for future Destin area vacations.

The location was perfect. You could either walk down the street to the beach or walk out the back door to the pool. Communication with the owner was awesome. Everything we needed was in the area.

Everything was perfect!
Everything was perfect about this home. It has everything you need, it was beautiful, spotless, and very comfortable. There is plenty of room with two bedrooms and two full baths. The beds were comfortable and even the murphy bed was comfortable. We cooked several meals and the kitchen had everything I needed. You literally do not need to bring anything for the beach, it had everything-chairs, beach towels, umbrella, wagon, & toys, & even a hose out front to rinse off before going inside. No need to think twice about staying here, you won't regret it!!

Great 2 Master Suite Option Close to Beach
This was an amazing retreat. It had the perfect set up for me, my husband and my husband's family with the 2 master suites, each with it's own bathroom, and the murphy bed in the living room. We enjoyed the pool almost every day and walked to the beach most mornings for a nice long stroll. The place was so clean and comfortable and had everything you will ever need and more. The owner is so nice and very responsive to questions. I can't wait to return!!

Quiet and convenient
Lovely, spacious and beautifully furnished Townhouse that included ample supplies for a beach outing, quite location which is convenient to various attractions for adults or family with children. Some of our favorite restaurants where food and service was excellent were AJ’s, Pompano Joes and The Back Porch.

This townhome was very nice and well maintained. The downside is the location… the view is the side of the building next door. And there is very little privacy as people are always walking by and can see right in.

Wonderful stay!
The townhouse was very clean and updated. We had everything we needed and more. We loved being so close to the beach (and having chairs, towels, cooler, etc. to use) as well as Thirty A with so many neat restaurants, shops, etc. Miramar beach has so much to offer. Very close to the beach!
The host, Amelia, was fantastic to work with. She’s incredibly quick on communication and very easy to work with. This property has been completely redone inside and is very nice, clean, well maintained, and very comfortable. We had 5 people in our party and there’s was plenty of room. We rented a golf cart for our stay so we didn’t get sand in our car, but the beach is only a 5 min walk - if you walk slow.

Fantastic property!
We stayed here with our two adult children and our granddaughter. The property was perfect for us with two master bedrooms and three bathrooms. It was immaculately clean when we arrived, and Amelia was available for any questions that we had. She had beach towels, toys and a beach cart for use and the beach was only a 10-minute walk away. Our granddaughter also loved visiting the pool on the property each night. Perfect location with a relaxed beachy vibe. We loved it and will definitely stay again when we go back to the Destin area.
