The staff are wonderful and cannot discredit them, we were disappointed with the cabin, The beds and pillows were rock hard, the linen is well and truly needing of being replaced it was scratchy?, the lounges had torn upholstery, and the images shown really didn’t depict the feel of the accommodation. Overall probably a 5/10

Staff were friendly but the family cabin was not cleaned properly especially the shower. It was also disappointing that the bunk beds had no sheets and made up, no towels for the kids plus no bath mats.

Sadly the state of the cabins did not live up to the photos on the webpage. Whilst they were a great size they where run down and required some work. However, the staff were so friendly and accommodating & the meals from the cafe were fantastic. The kids loved the pool and water park. Close to the beach which we also loved 😊

The park is in a great location, but the cabins were nothing like what is pictured on their web page. The cabins are run down, dirty, and poorly maintained.
