The beds were VERY comfortable, breakfast wasn’t all too good. Our room was on the 3rd floor so when you exited the elevator, the hallway smelled like sewage. Other than that we were happy with our stay

Heat was in the middle of being switched, so it was still cold. Chose this hotel for the hot tub only to find out the day of check in it’d been broken for a while. Had to get out own towels replenished. Pool was not warm.

When checking in the sign said they were switching over to heat and they could offer a space heater if needed. It was 80 degrees outside and I didn’t think there would be an issue as far as needing heat. What we weren’t told is that they turned all the air conditioners off and were switching the hotel to heat only on the hotel. I asked for a refund , they told me they could give me a fan, the room temperature was 77 and the air conditioner only blew warm air. I told them I wanted a refund because we were not told about the air conditioning. Finally we were told they cancelled the charge but couldn’t give a receipt for the refund. I have stayed at this hotel before but each time it gets worse. We will NOT be back to a hotel that shuts off the air conditioning.

This hotel is nice. The rooms are spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was very good. There were eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, pancakes, yogurt, etc. Unfortunately i would not stay here again because i want to be able to decide for myself if i need heat or ac. At this hotel you can't. They apparently switch the rooms from ac to heat depending on the season and they were switching rooms to heat only. Fortunately my room had not been switched so i was still able to have my ac so it would be cool enough for sleeping.

The Lotus Hotel
It was mostly great. The pool was nice and warm. The room was great, except for the room temperature control. We couldn't warm it past 70 degrees. Breakfast was excellent! I think the overall value was good.

The room was nice but the bathroom was tiny. The shower had VERY LITTLE water pressure. When we turned the tub on to start the shower, the water was brown. It did clear up but then was brown again when we pushed the button down to turn the shower off. The common areas in the hotel were nice and breakfast was good.

They don’t have heat/air temp control in your own room They said it’s run on same temp for every room. The air conditioner was on and no way to turn it off. The gave me an electric heater for the room which helped
