Horrible Experience!
We were given misleading information at check-in regarding their refund policy. There was a plumbing issue that was reported in the early afternoon and stil not fixed by midnight. The room stunk nasty. We were not given another room. After being told at checkin we could be refunded the extra nights and the horrible smell, we chose to checkout early. Now we have been refused our refund! Horrible experience! Never again Motel 6
