The room smelled dirty and moldy. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. There was no turn down service, so we couldn’t get clean towels. House keeping was only there for 4 hours a day, so had a hard time getting extra towels. We got 2nd floor room and people above us were jumping and running around. We thought the ceiling was going to collapse on us. Called front desk and all they said they can do is call the room, but it didn’t help. They still kept running and jumping into late hours of the night. Would never stay here again.

I reported a cockroach in my room , and the hotel was too busy to provide me with a new room. I left the manager a message with the receptionist and never heard back. They never provided any solution to the problem, very very disappointed.

The property is very outdated. The photos do not match the properties cleanliness. There’s an odd smell to it like mildew. There’s bugs in the rooms, and just dirty in general. Would not recommend staying here.

Awful hotel! We will definitely not be staying here again. We felt so unsafe while unloading our things because a few men who were also staying there were constantly outside smoking weed. The doors to the rooms are right where the parking are which is also where they smoke. Our bed was full of pet hair so we asked for new sheets and changed it ourselves. There were also cockroaches in the bathroom and the floor turned our socks black within the first hour of being there. Never ever staying here again!

Old, smells old to, like mildew. Mattresses are way shorter than bed frames. This hotel needs to be remodeled asap. Only good thing was the staff.

Right when we check in we were directed to a room that was occupied. Switched to a room where are air conditioning was broken. Came back from the day to our keys not working. Overall very dirty, unsafe and inconvenient.

The bed was comfortable, the property was maintained poorly and cheaply. No hot water in bathroom sink, bath tub in terrible condition with chipping paint. I really wanted to soak in tub after the long drive. But that wasnt possible. Tiny holes all over the curtains.
