Room was clean but remember what you pay for. You can ask for things but the room doesn’t have kleenex, more than 2 pillows per bed, etc. Also, we were across from the elevator, which beeps incessantly regardless if it’s stopping at your floor or not. If that could be stopped, I would have been able to sleep past 5:30am. Especially after the guy with the loose dog kept calling it back to the elevator as it was running up and down the hall. Staff was great though.

The room and bed were fine. The motel charges for shampoo, conditioner. They did provide soap. There was no breakfast-just coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. We had to ask for a couple of extra pillows. There was a refrigerator with no freezer and no microwave in the room! The shower was the size of a regular bathtub which was fine for us. It was not ideal for anybody who couldn’t just walk into a shower. The best thing was the friendly staff!

Hard to sleep very noisy, can hear everything in the hallways and this hotel is a pet friendly hotel lots of dogs and dogs barking in the hotel hallways

The room was in great condition, staff were friendly, their response time was great. Could use improvement on having a hair dryer and a microwave in the rooms.

provided nothing, not even a nightstand on both sides. Nothing, bare bones. I get it it's cheap but come on. Very loud, should not put people in rooms near front desk. No breakfast, charged for toothpaste etc. Just below average and good enough to sleep. No decor, no area rug, super echo! Would not stay here again.

Room 229- The heater barely worked. It was set to 70 and just blew cool air all night. The room felt like it was about 58-60 in the morning. The shower curtain had rust stains on the bottom of it like it hadn’t been cleaned in quite a while. The room was close to the elevator, however the elevator was so loud you heard it every time it moved or the door opened. You could even hear the beep of it when it stopped somewhere.
