Spacious Vintage Home on the Bitterroot Bike Trail

Beautiful and trendy main floor unit of our Vintage Church that is almost 100 years old and sits directly on the Bitterroot Bike Trail. We are located on the southside of Missoula in an area that is enjoying a rejuvination. It's a five minute walk on the trail to Southgate Mall, several restaurants, a local brewery, local dram shop, ice cream shop, and more or hop on a bike and explore Missoula or the Biiterroot Trail. 10-12 min ride to downtown or the University of MT.

The apt has a beautiful and trendy farmhouse decor, large living room and dining area, large bathroom and a private bedroom with a queen size bed. There is also an open area in the back with a bunk bed. The living room also has a brand new sofa bed. The new kitchen includes a stove, refrigerator, microwave, Keurig and coffee station. Private entrance through the main front door and a great location for exploring Missoula. Must climb 6 steps to front door. Not handicap accessible.

You will have the entire main floor of our old vintage church for your use. It includes the living room, dining area, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom as well as the shared yard area.

I am typically available anytime you need something during the hours of 7am-10pm. I check my messages regularly and can be reached through the airbnb app. I have lived in Missoula for 25 years and am happy to answer any questions you might have about our community.

Missoula's southside is enjoying a rejuvination in the last few years and there is a very cool Brewery (The Great Burn) just a block away as well as several restaurants, the mall, brand new movie theatre (serves dinner also), 3 miles from Blue Mountain which is a great area for hiking, and much more! You can also hop on the bike path and get anywhere in town in no time at all. We are located about a half mile from Fort Missoula Regional Park where there are huge sports fields, parks, walking trails, and much more to do. Community Hospital is also a 2-3 minute drive.

Bitterroot Bike/walking path in front of the building and located 1 block from the intersection of Brooks and Reserve Street

The upper level is also an airbnb apt that may also be rented during your stay abd the lower level has long term tenants in it.
quiet hours are 10pm-7am

- Absolutely no smoking, vaping or parties are allowed in the apartment. No pets allowed. No persons allowed to stay overnight that aren't listed on the rental contract. If any of these rules are broken you will be assessed a $200 additional cleaning fee.

Great stay. Wonderful apartment. Great location with walkway right out the front door. The only dissatisfaction was the people above us were pretty loud.

It's The Inside That Counts!
External appearance is deceptive. Open the door to clean, modern and spacious comfort. Loved our time there. Check-in was a bit stressful because we are traveling with flip-phones and could not get the key code as we had requested before we left home. A friend in town helped us to reach the owner but outside the vrbo system. The owner was very gracious and accommodating once we reached her. Would like more info on the history of the building. It's the inside that counts!.

Lovely
This place was squeaky clean and absolutely charming, my daughter and I felt right at home in the cozy atmoshere created here. The bed was very comfortable and we appreciated the quality linens and towels. The only down side for me is that I could only stay one night. I would absolutely book again.

Perfect vintage home in the right location.
Beautiful vintage home with many details that make your stay very comfortable. Location is great as well. Quick and easy access to the main street and many restaurants and shops. Definitely will book again the next time we visit family!
