I had used your app 15 minutes before arriving at the hotel as I was traveling across country. Your site recommended this place bad idea. At first the lady at the check-in desk was friendly but didn't tell me there was no hot water and some rooms had no water at all. Don't know the reason why. I got checked into my room ate my dinner and went to take a shower and no hot water went to the desk and she said I can't do anything about it tonight and we are totally booked and I cannot refund your money. So I'm out $120 with you plus a $20 pet fee because I checked out and went to the hotel across the street which was the best thing that ever happened to me. When you travel 11 hours a day you want to shower and a hot one. They also said they serve breakfast and they do not they always have a coffee bar. I did call Travelocity and waiting to see what I can do about it I should have been told upon check-in that there was no hot water or no water. Several construction workers were staying there and had no water either and they were complaining. I gave their site a bad review. First time Travelocity has disappointed me.

I love you can park right in front of your door and they except a pet. They also have a breakfast in the mornings. And the guy who checked me in went out of his way to help me.

Easily accessible from I-90. Room was quiet except for sounds of people walking above. Very clean and beds were comfortable. Not much interaction with staff other than "here's your key and your room is over there". Still, we'd stay again if going thru the area.

The room was super, super clean! Recently updated with new beds, nice bedding, big TV. And sooo clean. The in room fridge was a larger than average one and new too. Breakfast had the usual foods, but there was homemade biscuits and gravy. The fresh fruit was good and a choice of coffee creamers. It may not look like much from the outside, but it appears to be family run and they take pride in it. The sauna and hot tub were also clean and a pleasant touch after a long day on the road. They have rooms that open from the inside- a security feature I really appreciated. And the price was amazing!

This is the nicest motel! Sometimes it's nice to stay at something that's not a chain motel. This is a very clean motel. Comfortable beds Big Tv and power port for phones. The owner gave us bottled water when we checked in. It has a hot tub and Sauna. Breakfast was bisquits and gravy and waffles. Really nice fresh fruit. We will definitely stay again .
