This hotel features large, newly renovated rooms (in 2024) in a central location, close to one of Berlin's main shopping areas and the zoo. It was perfect for our family holiday, featuring a pool on site and a fantastic breakfast buffet, which was so generous we skipped lunch every day! Definitely recommend this hotel.

Lovely staff and beautiful rooms / communal areas. Great breakfast (included) Food location for 200 bus and other public transport. There is a pool but an extra local charge is payable to use it. Fab Greek restaurant across the road for those who want to venture out.

Great hotel. Loved it. Be aware though the pool is not free . It is 10€. It is also a huge hitel so a long walk to the pool ( from my room at least) next time i will ask fona room near the pool

An all-around great experience.
Fully equipped bathroom with lovely touches including shower and hand washes. Plenty of fresh towels, with slippers and robes. There was a coffee machine and some pods provided, a complimentary bottle of water. The fridge only has a small space for your own items so you cannot store milk and water which was a small inconvenience as if you move anything it will register that you have consumed something from the mini bar. The room came with hanging space and and iron. The television was a good size with plenty of information about the hotel and local area which was helpful. The air conditioning unit was not functioning well despite a member of staff coming to check it for us after a very warm first night. It did improve slightly but perhaps for the size of the room it wasn't really enough, it did feel quite hot most of the time. The bed was ok. Two beds together to create a king. The pillows were very soft and didn't provide much support but there is an option to request additional/different pillows which you can find on the television menu, which is helpful. The hotel was very quiet and with additional black out curtains behind the day curtains you can guarantee a peaceful sleep. The breakfast is exceptional - many different options to suit all preferences. The service is also great. Everyone was super polite and professional and friendly, from the breakfast staff to the front desk and beyond. The only feedback would be some firmer pillows and better air con.
