A warm welcome, our spacious accommodation covers an impressive 130 m2 and can accommodate up to 10 people. With 2 bedrooms, each equipped with double beds and bunk beds, as well as a gallery with a sofa bed for one person, the apartment is ideal for families or groups. The spacious living room impresses not only with its space, but also with an inviting fireplace and a dining table for meals together. The modern kitchen leaves nothing to be desired, and you can enjoy the fresh mountain air on the 20 m2 terrace. The furnishings of the entire apartment are modern and high quality. Each of the 2 bathrooms is contemporary furnished and provides additional comfort. In the cozy bedrooms and in the gallery you can relax in a separate seating area and use the flat-screen cable TV. In addition, Mittersill offers numerous leisure activities, including skiing, cycling and hiking. The illuminated cross-country ski run is in the immediate vicinity, and the Hohetauern National Park Golf Club is just 2.5 km away. After an active day in nature, you can relax in our apartment, which not only offers free WiFi in all areas, but also free private parking. Enjoy the sunny terrace, use the picnic area or end the day in the shared lounge while admiring the view of the surrounding mountains.

Schöner Kurzurlaub
Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bäcker etc.sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ein großer Spielplatz für die Kinder ist ebenfalls nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Von Mittersill aus kann man seine Ausflüge (Wandern etc.) gut planen, Kitzbühel ist ca 40min mit dem Auto entfernt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich.

Gute Ferienwohnung mit top Lage
Insgesamt war es ein guter Aufenthalt. Die Lage der Wohnung war top. Die Kommunikation und Organisation mit den Vermietern ebenso. Ein negativer Punkt war die etwas unzureichende bzw unpassende Küchenausstattung, die das Arbeiten in der Küche für 10 Personen erschwert hat. Ansonsten war die Wohnung gut ausgestattet. Ein weiterer kleiner Kritikpunkt war die Ruhestörung. Obwohl Veranstaltungen und Partys in der Wohnung erlaubt sind, wurden wir mehrfach, auch zu Uhrzeit wo noch keine Nachtruhe herrscht, gebeten leiser zu sein. Dies lies sich aber gut klären.
