Beautiful new property with 2 flaws: check-in—-no one checks in til after 3 even when half the property is vacant. The front desk takes your name and after 3 they start calling you up one party by one party. The lobby is fullll some people having arrived since 10 am flight; like us!. We’ve never seen this before. The breakfast buffet—-they tell you at check-in the breakfast line is a problem —-very busy and they’ve extended their eating time til after noon so we could breakfast in the afternoon if we wanted. There’s posters everywhere showing red and orange crowds/lines all morning. We went down at 730, 900 and finally 930 for the line. There’s seating outside they don’t use. They need to create another space—-maybe the 8th floor bar/deck could be a spot. My husband wanted to just go get a 7-eleven sandwich instead of waiting so long for the breakfast we already paid for at the Hilton.
Hotel is lovely tho—-perhaps just need to work out the kinks of a new property.
