Good stay overall. Staff can be slightly more friendly and approachable to guest when they need help. Location for the hotel is just next to the Miyazaki train and bus station! Can’t beat that!

Excellent choice for central Miyazaki
The best! Spotlessly clean, stylish huge room, full sized tub, helpful and friendly front desk staff. Amazing breakfast available with many choices. There is also a coin laundry on two floors. And the best - convenience! Train station and bus station are literally just outside, along with a mall and lots of restaurants and a cinema. Easy to get to the beach by train. The area is clean and bright - not as you’d expect next to a train station . Would definitely stay again and highly recommend

In three weeks of travelling this is the first JR HOTEL. It is also the first hotel where we have arrived before check in and arrived back after exploring the area whilst waiting to find our luggage had been delivered to our room . Excellent service thankyou!
