My husband and I arrived late at night around 1:30 am , we were so tired, after a long drive, the guy at the front desk was very friendly,but when we got to our room I noticed that the room wasn’t clean or at least didn’t look clean to me, dust , hair in the bathroom, one of bed sheets was dirty stain from the night before, it was gross the other bed was clean fortunately, the next morning I went to the front desk and let the lady know what i found , and asked her to please have my room clean, I wasn’t going to ask for anything then why I paid for , and she didn’t even let me finished explaining her , she give me attitude and was mean to me telling me that I should immediately come down to the front desk and letting them know I told her I’m telling you right now , I was so tired it was almost 2 am , I told her it fine just have them clean my room today and she yelled at me , at that point I was mad and didn’t even wanted to talked to her , she probably realized what she had done, and reached out to me she apologized but , it was already to late , that’s not the way you treat your customers! Especially because I was letting her know in a nice way I was the one that was supposed to mad not her , bad experience!
