Conveniently located right on the course as part of Castle on the Rocks Golf Course condos, golfers and outdoors enthusiasts alike will love this condo. You'll be near La Sal Mountain Loop Road hiking trails, central Moab for groceries, and national parks. At the end of your day out and about, you'll love taking a dip in the seasonal community pool (open mid-April through mid-October).

Comfortable and beautifully decorated, this condo offers all the furnishings of a home away from home. Watch a little TV before bed or play cards at the six-top dining table. Fix snacks to spread out on the breakfast bar while you review the day's adventures.

Whether you fix food for a quiet meal inside or fire up the grill on the patio for a family barbecue, prep and cleanup will be easy with the fully equipped kitchen, which includes a dishwasher.

Find a place to turn in for the night among the three bedrooms. Parents can snag the master bedroom that has a king-size bed as well as a twin sofabed for little ones. A queen is in the second bedroom, and there's a bunk and two twins in the kids' room.

Two dogs are invited to come along. Keep in mind that there's an additional pet fee. WiFi, a washer and dryer, and a one-car garage are also provided for your convenience.

Even if you're not a seasoned outdoors person, the many parks in the area have a variety of activities for everyone. The iconic Arches National Park offers stunning vistas of the southern Utah high desert, while Dead Horse Point State Park is perfect for short hikes. Some of the trails in the area even welcome dogs! Guests will also receive a 20% discount off of golfing fees at the Moab Golf Club.

Way too hot!
The house was too hot to sleep in. The beds were not comfortable. The code changed from the original given in a text so had to message to get a new one. Was not able to get in at 4. The pool was very nice and clean. The neighborhood was nice.

Beautiful location
We really enjoyed our stay. It’s wonderfully located and the views are breathtaking. When we went to the pool, we had it all to ourselves. Easy check in and out. It’s furnished cute, but a little dated which seems comparable to other properties around. Overall, we’d stay here again.

Property was in a very nice, quiet area yet good central location for what we wanted to do. Even had quite a few petroglyphs right up the street in the community. Stars at night were amazing too as this in a national lights out area. The home was a bit dated on decor but still fit the local area. Choke cherry tree on back patio. Pool was nice too and even though it was for entire community we were the only ones there the day we used it. Rate was better than many hotels and with a full kitchen and grill out back we saved a fortune not having to eat out. Would stay again.

This property was all we could have hoped for. Much larger than we really needed but was so nice to have a garage for bikes and miscellaneous. We had some trouble with the heat on the first night but management responded instantly. Very impressed and would definitely book in the future. It is a bit out of town but easy in and out

Nice location, too much pet hair
Property was in a nice location, but lacked a good cleaning before we arrived. There was cob webs, and even some used dental floss left on one of the night stands. The bed spreads had a lot of pet hair on them, and so did the couch pillows and couch bed. I feel like paying an extra fee for pets would be used for a deep cleaning. The pet hair was enough to set off most of the families allergies. We've stayed in pet friendly places before, but this one was not nearly as clean as our expectations. The couch bed was missing some sheets, but I called and they quickly came with clean sheets for the couch bed. They apologized and was super nice about the missing sheets. I then mentioned the pet hair on the comforters and was told "yeah, that it's really hard to get off."

We arrived Thursday evening and turned the thermostat to heat but all we got was cold air blowing throughout the place. The fireplace put out some heat but it quit working too. That night was uncomfortably cold. The next morning I requested that the furnace be looked at as well as the fireplace. We left for the day and when we returned both were fixed. Two more complaints: The coffee pot was dirty and unusable and there were ants near the kitchen coming out of the wall. We payed plenty for the three night stay and are not satisfied with the accommodations.

This property fit our family well and was a good gathering place to explore Moab from. This is in a nice residential spot but a little further out of town than the main tourist locations. From here you can quickly get to Canyonlands, Arches, Colorado River, Downtown and many other locations.

Love this area of Moab, very quiet and the perfect distance to/from everything. The condo was clean and the kitchen suited my needs. This was my third time in the area and I’ve never had an issue staying in these condos.

Great location, could use some TLC
Overall our stay was fine. Located close to a Jeep trail where you can access the south end of the Mill Creek North Fork trail and see petroglyphs and caves. The condo is nicely decorated. It's off season so I can't comment on the pool. The access code was wrong, but I was able to quickly get someone on the phone who helped me unlock the key box. Some constructive criticism...it could use a deep clean, such as dusting fixtures, corners in the bathrooms, replacing dingy linens. Washer and dryer closet needs a wipe down. When I pulled back the blankets on the king bed the sheets were clean underneath but had dirt and hair under the pillows. Maybe someone's dog slept on it? I just washed them myself. Being a dog friendly unit I'm not sure if maybe the standard is lower. We had a nice view but the doors and window were cloudy and needed a good cleaning. As many rentals do the kitchen had every pot or utensil you could ever need, which left no room for food for 7 people, but we just rearranged. Overall our stay was still good. Plenty of seating for our large family.

Great location. Kitchen great. Fireplace great. It was a little shopworn but we spent most of our time outdoors. Heat didn’t work first night—pilot lights out— promptly attended to once brought to peeps attention. A little sprucing would make it a 6 star rating. Great night sky viewing.

Re-read the fine print before your dates
When I booked in May, the property clearly stated that there wasa jacuzzi and the house could sleep 7-9 people. Upon arrival, no jacuzzi and the coffee maker was a tiny 3-5 cup machine. Upon arrival the door lock code provided was also incorrect. Since booking the site had been updated to indicate no jacuzzi. However, I never received any email or other notice related to the Jacuzzi being unavailable. Those inconveniences aside, the property management staff was extremely polite and willing to provide a resolution. Quiet neighborhood, convenient location and ample room for 7.

Amazing views, great neighborhood
This place had a lot of positives: absolutely gorgeous views, great outside enclosed patio (perfect for our small dogs), nice upper roof deck (there was always someplace outdoors to go), nice community pool, good layout with a master suite on the bottom floor & 2 additional bedrooms upstairs & a full bathroom. It was away from the hub, but a quick 7 minute drive to town. We experienced a few issues upon arrival. The day before our arrival we were informed that the hot tub was not in order (after talking to Vacasa, they said it had been out of order for 1.5 years, so not sure why the pic is still part of the advertisement?). The code to the door was not working, which was frustrating after a long drive. After a phone call to Vacasa, we were inside within 15 minutes. Once inside we were unpleasantly surprised by the comforters on the bedding (covered in dog hair), as well as the general condition of the patios (dead plants, weeds everywhere), and the sofas were dirty in appearance and gritty to touch. Vacasa sent housekeeping over & changed the bedding, wiped down the sofa & walls, and sent a groundskeeper the next day to tidy the patio. They refunded our cleaning fee as well. So, in the end, all went well, and I honestly would stay again. The condo worked great, I just wish our arrival had been a smooth one.

This property was fantastic !! super great location. Pool was great and kids loved bunk beds. Had board games and lots of DVDs. Listing advertised a hot tub but it wasn’t functional which wasn’t a huge deal but they need to update the listing. Since this is through Vacasa the communication was difficult and very cold. Other than great place.

This property was a great location. We were two families staying there. Met our needs. Was bummed about the hot tub still being broken. I emailed the property manager ahead of our trip and didn’t get a response. Check in and check out was easy. Would stay here again.

Fantastic Getaway!
We loved our stay in Moab. The condo was well equipped, spacious, and perfectly situated! Close enough to town to easily run in for food/errands, but far enough out to have peace and nature. At the end of our street there were trails, a view of the golf course and even petroglyphs. Neighbors were great and friendly too!

This is a great property! We really enjoyed it and instantly felt comfortable. In our opinion it's in a perfect location - quiet and pretty - and it had everything we needed. Unfortunately, one of the reasons we chose this property was the private hot tub but there was no water in it so we couldn't use it. When I called the property manager I was told they would check into it and call me back but I never received a return call. Other than that, though, our stay was great.

The home was clean and well appointed. It was clean. I was very disappointed to be informed the night before arriving that the hot tub was not functioning. It was one of the reasons we chose this unit. Would recommended checking that prior to booking.

Cute, cozy condo.
We enjoyed our time staying at this property. The condo is very cozy with a gas burning fireplace, comfortable beds and nice a nice living space with a beautiful view of the cliffs that run along the golf course. The condo was very clean and organized as well. We did have some communication issues with getting into the condo (we were not given the correct code or instructions to enter the condo) and use of the hot tub. (The hot tub was not working during our stay, but this was not communicated to us prior to our stay nor to the local property manager. ) The local property manager was great and responded to our issues in a timely manner and handled the situation well, so for that we were very grateful. All in all, despite some issues, this is a nice little condo to stay in while visiting Moab.

Disappointment
We stayed at this property for a week of leisure. After reading the reviews we were prepared for a not very well stocked kitchen and for the pool chemicals in the hot tub to need to be refreshed so we planned accordingly. The local GM for Vacasa (your reservation is through them) is lovely, but Vacasa's main number and the entire rest of the experience was not. The door code didn't work when we arrived. They tried to reset it but it still didn't work so they gave us the code to a lock box on the side of the house. The fireplace didn't work. The hot tub, which is the primary reason we booked the property, smelled like burning tires and then died. The couches were worn/dirty. The coffee table was worn. The placemats weren't wiped down. There was zero saran wrap, aluminum foil, ziploc bags, etc. The dryer vent had a hole in it and sprayed lint around the closet. The floor wasn't clean/needed a good scrubbing. The carpet was worn. There wasn't even a mattress pad on the mattress. I could go on. The location is great. The mountains are beautiful, but the property needs a serious overhaul. If you need somewhere to crash it is fine. If you expect luxury, this is not it.
