Upstairs condo just off Moab’s Main Street. Comfortable and cozy bedding and furniture with an unbeatable location. Enjoy the outdoor space complete with fire pit, hot tub and grill with outdoor seating.

Usually a phrase like “thoughtfully curated” isn’t associated with a vacation rental. Many feel sterile and thrown together with cheaply assembled furniture, void of character. That cannot be said for the space you’ll discover when you open the door at Moab Flats #8.

Impeccably decorated in a southwestern luxe style, every detail right down to the throw pillows on the couch have been hand selected to create a welcoming ambiance that will last throughout your stay here. A print hangs from the wall echoing names of different bike paths in the area, a nod to Moab’s rich cycling community - more on that later. A well-appointed kitchen leaves no detail overlooked, ensuring you can stay in and cook just as comfortably and conveniently as you might eat dinner at one of Moab’s dining options mere steps from your front door. As for where you’ll lay your head? The bedding is soft and comfortable - the perfect place to dream about what tomorrow holds.

Outside, you’ll discover a pristine outdoor space complete with a grill and fire pit for enjoying those cool evenings with friends and family. A shared hot tub provides a relaxing place to soak away your cares while you gaze at the stars above. If you are here to mountain bike, Moab Flats has bike storage so you can secure your most prized possession along with a station and tools for making any needed repairs.

We stayed here for a few days and went mountain biking. The apartment was adorable and very clean, and the location was perfect for exploring downtown Moab. The bike storage shed was a bonus. I would definitely stay here again.

We specifically chose this place based off location, and couldn’t have been happier. Could easily walk everywhere in town we wanted to go, only really had to drive to places for hiking. Checking in and out was super easy, place was clean and had everything we needed. Would 12/10 recommend.

The apartment was exceptionally clean and well decorated. We loved having the grill to make some dinners outside. The location was fabulous. We can tell that they’ve been struggling to get the hot tub fixed as there was a man there for two days .

Great parking & location. Nice updated property. Beds, linens and towels were great. Nice amenities like laundry soap, bath soap and shampoo. Easy walk to all of downtown. Would definitely stay here again. Backyard while recently renovated has not been kept up, furniture was dirty and needed cleaning. Spa is out of order and looks like a construction site with caution tape around it.

Loved the property. It was well-outfitted and very convenient to walk to restaurants, coffee, downtown shops, etc. It had most things we needed but if you are cooking we couldn't find any spices, oil, etc. The hot tub was still closed by order of the health department. Based on other reviews, this seems to be a long-term issue and after long days of hiking was disappointing to us. Otherwise, the space was comfortable and clean.

We're very glad we found this gem of a property. The was a perfect centralized location on a quiet street. The flat was newer construction, very clean, the beds were comfy; absolutely perfect for our family of 3. Having a hot tub to soak in after a long day of hikes was a huge bonus. I would definitely recommend this property!

Clean & modern but little small
The place has nice modern decor & was clean. However, there was missed opportunities for more storage (ie coffee table) & hooks for hanging or shelving. Bc there is a murphy & a cubby bed, there were no shelves &/or drawers to store small clothing items. With just the 3 of us, our child’s belongings were all over the floor in living area. The fridge needs to be cked, it froze some of our vegetables & sour cream. Toaster was inefficient & did not toast evenly. Towel rack in bathroom kept falling off the wall and, & outdoor bistro lights didn’t come in till 9:30pm. We had to eat in the dark after using the outdr grill. Also, the electric water heater was loud everytime using the faucet or shower. Other than that, it is a nice place.
