Located approximately 4 miles south of town, the brand new Red Cliff apartment style condos have many of the amenities of the luxury lodging accommodations at a very affordable price. You'll enjoy the new outdoor pool and hot tub that the Red Cliff's complex has to offer. This condo is located on the second story where you can easily enjoy the dramatic Moab Rim view from your outdoor balcony while relaxing after a long day of fun and activity. Each condo is 1400 square feet including 3 Bedrooms, 2 baths, a full kitchen, dining and living area, and a large laundry room. Please note, there is no bike storage available at this property.

No pets are allowed in this unit. If you’d like to bring a pet with you, please inquire about Moab Lodging Vacation Rentals' wide variety of pet-friendly options.

In order to protect you and the property we have partnered with Safely, a 3rd party screening and property insurance company. This screening is very quick and simply verifies your ID and checks against criminal and internal databases. Nice place to stay, very clean and close to everything. Could you a bootle of basic cleaner to wipe up after cooking and eating meals. The Safely company that the property manager uses, collects your personal data then sells it. Avoid this

Condo was exactly as listed. Clean & well stocked. Easy to find but not walking distance to any restaurants. 5 minute drive into town. Definitely can hear your neighbors but fortunately they weren’t too noisy.

Epic Adventure
What an adventure! Deciding to road trip from Ga to Moab with 7 children was nerve racking and exciting! Arriving in stunning Moab was exactly what we needed just a few months after the loss of our main guy(my Husband & their Daddy). Our family immensely enjoyed the beauty of southern Utah. Our adventures included hiking several National, State, and local parks(all less than an hour away). Arches was a convenient 7 minutes away! Each morning included coffee, meditation, and unbelievable sunrises, for myself at Arches National Park. The children and I returned every afternoon and explored until sunset was enjoyed as we gazed over a number of breathtaking natural wonders. Our stay in Moab was magical. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed, including a variety of family games! We enjoyed the swimming pool as well! The binder containing local information proved to be helpful during our visit! My family and I encourage you to take the trip, book the condo, and find your solace in the beauty of Moab!

Great home base for arches and canyonlands
This place was much nicer than most places we book. It's a few minutes out of town but not far enough to be inconvenient. Plenty of space. Had everything we needed. Host was quick to respond. Would stay here again.

This was a excellent property in very good location in Moab. The phone number I received with the booking information was incorrect. The lady on the phone was nice and helped us a lot though she was not responsible for the property. We will surely go back again.

It was great, only 1 minor issue
I would come back here, very nice and comfortable. There was one maintenance issue: the beds were squeaky and bed frames felt loose. I woke up every time my wife turned over, it was so squeaky. Get that fixed and it would be PERFECT.

Condo was good size and clean. Far enough out of town for quiet but easy to find. TV was too big to even watch. Way oversized for that space. Remove the arcade game, push couch against that wall and give the living room more space. Too cramped.

Clean property on outskirts of Moab
This property was great for what we needed. Spent most of our time at the parks and on trails. Kitchen was tight for more than 2 people, which didn’t bother us as we ate out most nights. Used the pool once and grilled out one night on the deck-both nice amenities. Squeaky clothes drier, but everything else was great!

Clean and close to town
Nice condo close to Moab and other parks. Management company easy to work with and very responsive. Condo is very clean. We had a party of four and any more would be tight. Also traffic noise but very pleasant condo. Would recommend.

Wonderful Apartment for a Family
We had a really great time at this apartment! It is a really great size! We had six adults and three kids two and under. The master bedroom is really big and has a HUGE closer that was perfect for our kids bedroom. The property management was great! I called them several times before our trip to ask a couple questions and when we arrived we noticed some water on the floor behind the fridge. They sent someone out immediately and fix the problem in less than 30 minutes. We had a really great time and would definitely come back!
