The west bedroom upstairs has 2 queen beds, and works well for either a couple or a group. A convenient door opens directly to the shared bathroom, which has a full tub/shower enclosure. New additions to the unit provide a fun and unique experience. A pool table, dart board, and basketball hoop have been added to the oversize upstairs bedroom. It provides a nice combination of sleeping and entertaining. After your day’s activities, while the sunset fires up the red rocks, cook a delicious supper on the natural gas BBQ, then settle in for an evening in front of the gas log fireplace.

Cancellations will result in a minimum $45 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival carry up to a 50% cancellation fee, and cancellations within 2 days of arrival carry up to a 100% cancellation fee.
