It is an older establishment but well maintained. Only thing lacking was that there were no tea or coffee facilities in the room. Aside from that small thing, the staff were excellent, the views incredible and the restaurant and bar well above average. I heard kiwi calling that night which just made the stay perfect. Totally recommend the hot tubs!

We enjoyed the beautiful view, hot tubs and complimentary continental breakfast. Dinner at the hotel Lake Brunner was good quality and good value. The family suite room was very compact for a family of 4, small shower space. The room needs some repairs and we also noticed mold everywhere. There is no clothes rack or cupboard.

A unique place for a one night visit as we stay in a private room but could hear the bar until closing! Not a problem of us since we enjoy the walking distance from the bar and festive atmosphere to our room!

The host is great to pick us up and drop us from amd to the train station. The fish on the menu is too chewy for our pallet and the pizza is too oily. But overall is good.

Stayed one night in an apartment and it was clean, but the sofa/beds were old and not comfortable. The satellite TV also did not work properly. We had dinner in the restaurant and it was good and the staff is friendly.

Great scenery, staff unhelpful, website says it closes at 9 yet loud music and yelling occurred until roughly 2:30 which could be heard very clearly from the rooms. When calling to ask when the music would be shut off, was greeted with a very abrupt phone call informing it would be turned off at that point, yet continued for another hour. Offered a coffee for compensation for keeping us up which is already included in the continental breakfast.
