This hotel was clean, quiet and convenient to all we intended to do while in Mobile. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were flat and unsupportive making them uncomfortable. Housekeeping did a fine job, but we were a bit surprised that the waste baskets were not emptied. Neither one had a lot of trash, and luckily nothing that would cause an odor. Like most hotels, there was no towel rack to hang your towel(s) for more than one use. The breakfast was adequate in its choices. We ate towards the end of the time and one morning the attendant did not want to replenish the pancake mix since they were going to close soon.

I have always stayed at Holiday Inn hotels but saw the reviews of Best Western and that enabled me to ho check it out. The hotel has a great sense of cleanest and good smell. It was very quiet. The only observation would be that the staff can greet more when they see a customer.
