I didn't get the room i paid extra to reserve.

Not sure who to blame but the room i reserved online and paid $9 extra to make sure i got, i didn't get. When you reserve a room with a jacuzzi and dont get it,bit makes for a very disappointing hotel stay. I will not use Hotel.com again to book a room.

Breakfast food was not much or good quality. Don’t stay here for the free breakfast. It was a tad noisy being next to interstate. Other than that was good for the room rate.

Most of the staff were very nice. We had a handicapped accessible room on the first floor. It had a walk in shower that didn't drain well and flooded the bathroom floor. The room carpet had a bad dog/foot smell that indicated it hadn't been cleaned. The cleaning staff were loud and rude, especially demeaning to my handicapped wife. They should receive some training on this.
