Was not given a king bed as reserved. Room was dirty, requested to be moved to another room which was also dirty. Bed sheets and comforter was dirty and had hair. Bath tub was dirty with hair and shower curtain was nasty. One star rating….if there was a worse rating than a one star I would have given it.

Unless it is absolutely necessary avoid this place
This hotel needs major changes. The walkways and are filthy. There was food and trash in the stairwell. I was told my room was non smoking and there would be a fine for smoking in the room, but when I opened the door it reeked of cigarettes. The linens seemed to be clean, but the overall appearance of everything else in the room made me question if that was possible.

The beds only had two small pillows on each bed. The door wouldn't shut all the way, the door also didn't lock so I felt unsafe the whole time. There were roaches everywhere, the floor was dirty and the phone also didn't work, and the fridge was dirty

Better off sleeping in a dumpster
Spider webs with about 6 spiders only. My door had a hole by the lock like someone had broken in the door before. Bathtub was filthy. Stains all over with poor drainage. Saw a baby roach crawling by the tv in the middle of the night. I left all belongings in the car for fear that something would crawl In it. There wholes in the sheets. I slept on my own blankets with the lights on. The remote to the tv was filthy as well. I didn't even use the tv. I checked in at 1 am that morning. It was the only reason I didn't demand my money back I would have been better off sleeping in my car. This hotel needs to burnt down and start over!

Worst experience ever....roach infested.
The first room they put us in had no towels. We waited over an hour after calling. Stil no towels. Went in bathroom and lifted toilet seat and it was full of crap. Tried to flush and it ran over. We moved to another room. Went to take a shower and the mixing valve did not work. There was only cold water. And over half of the light bulbs were missing. Moved again. Thought we finally hit the jackpot, but while relaxing we heard what sounded like water coming out of the shower. Went to look. It was running out of the ceiling vent. It only lasted a little while and i was tired of moving. We went to dinner. Came back and went to bed. Second night i got up to use the bathroom and done something i didnt do the previous night...i turned the light on. There were about 7 roaches scattering. This is the most disgusting place i have ever stayed. And the girl at the front desk was far from friendly. She acted uninterested with the customers and stayed on her phone most of the time.

My wife and I stayed with them for our 36th anniversary and they were very polite and did all they could to make our stay a pleasant one. They were considerate and made us feel welcome. Great place to stay for the price. Wouldn't mind going back . Great for the convenience.

Elevator was broke, our door was in poor shape as was the interior of the room. We will never stay here again. Breakfast was not impressed with. Also they had a tape on one entrance to dining which said warning. looked like floor needed repair. I guess you get what you pay for.

Is a old facility that has very minimal upkeep. Do not expect anything more than a towel and a bed. Fridge door would not close completely. A/c didn't work good.

The remote had no batteries, there is no ice machine that’s working. No smoke alarm in our room, the breakfast was terrible no sugar for the coffee and then the drink machine took my money. No to mention the homeless people sleeping on stairs and by vending machines begging. My wife was terrified but it was late and had to stay!!!!!
