Was not given a king bed as reserved. Room was dirty, requested to be moved to another room which was also dirty. Bed sheets and comforter was dirty and had hair. Bath tub was dirty with hair and shower curtain was nasty. One star rating….if there was a worse rating than a one star I would have given it.
we stayed in a room that had a non-working heater and it was 30° outside. they give you one towel for two people. no washcloths had dirty washcloths hanging up in the shower when we got there. the carpet is sticky from its nastiness. the latch deadbolt does not work. I would not stay there again and would not recommend anybody stay there

Need updating. Key card didn’t work. Then no heat. I had to carry all my bags back down 3 stories with me to front office to checkout that room before I could get another room. Just to get to carry all my luggage back up to the 3 floor again to room that was only 2 doors over from the original room.
We got in the room and turned on the heater, we allowed it to run a while but realized it didn’t work so we went down stairs to the lobby to let them know. The woman got an attitude with us and said she told us to check the room and that we waited to long to tell her the heater didn’t work. Was very rude and we sleeping in a cold room!!!!! We can’t go to another one because it takes to long for the money to go back on our card! Horrible experience!!!!!!!!
Room had no towels or wash rags the room had no trash cans and had no microwave and no ice bucket also ice machine did not work and breakfast was only cereal milk and muffins was very disappointed in room
My reservation was for a pet friendly king room. Upon arrival I was told they didn't have a king room and they didn't take pets. In the end they accepted my pets. But the room smelled like dogs had been there before and they tried to cover the smell with bleach. There were barely enough towels and the hairdryer was broken. The tv had very few watchable channels. The continental breakfast was a joke unless you like stale dried out muffins and cereal. What they called pillows were small and lumpy. The safety latch on the door was broken. The only positive thing I have to say is the girl at the front desk was very friendly.
I would not recommend to stay in this hotel. The room was not clean, smelled bad, didn't feel safe and in the morning we went to take "continental breakfast" which contained omly oatmeal and coffee. I recomment to pay maybe 20$ more and stay in another place. There are many hotels in this area which feel more safe and clean.
The check in area was very clean and the staff pleasant. We were told the elevator was out of order and the room was on the second floor. Climbed the dirty stairs with our luggage, walked into the room and was overwhelmed with the order of stale smoke, We used a can of Lysol to compensate the odor before we could enter. and there were no towels and the bathroom. It was very dirty and had bugs on the floor. The paint on the door was peeling.
We walked to the bed and it had roaches crawling on the it. The pillows were from a different century.
I would never recommend a family to stay here.

This hotel needs major changes. The walkways and are filthy. There was food and trash in the stairwell. I was told my room was non smoking and there would be a fine for smoking in the room, but when I opened the door it reeked of cigarettes. The linens seemed to be clean, but the overall appearance of everything else in the room made me question if that was possible.
The beds only had two small pillows on each bed. The door wouldn't shut all the way, the door also didn't lock so I felt unsafe the whole time. There were roaches everywhere, the floor was dirty and the phone also didn't work, and the fridge was dirty
