The lady at the desk was wonderful she could see we were very stressed and short on time for my daughter’s rehearsal dinner and was told at other location they lost our reservation. Very accommodating to us. Nice place and was clean

2nd stay within two weeks as we were very comfortable during our 1st stay. The nonsmoking room was clean/nicely appointed (although one small area of the laminate flooring between the bed and the a/c unit was repaired with duct tape - kinda weird). Morning breakfast was great. Our room’s entry door was in the covered outdoor lounge (aka smoking) area nearest the office. I was startled awake at 3am by a man “lounging” & listening to his phone with volume way up just outside our window. I confronted him & asked that he turn the volume down or use ear buds. He apologized profusely and it was quiet after that. By 8am we were loading up to leave and there were two men (the one who woke me up and another man, both appeared to be homeless) sitting & smoking in the same spot just outside our door. Neither were bothering anyone but we were kinda surprised that the property would allow vagrants to hang out in areas furnished for hotel guests. If we ever stay here again, we’ll be sure to ask for a room that’s away from the outdoor smoking area.
