Everything about Microtel was great. The staff was very friendly, the room was very clean. The continental breakfast was great. All the area around the facility was clean and well kept.

Not so good experience,when I checked in I pay a pet fee with cash. Next day I ck my account 50$ charge to my account for pet fee. Talk to the manager and she told me my 50$ cash was giving back to me and charge to my account. That was a lie,the person who ck me in.Lied in my face and said he didn’t remember taking the money.i had a receipt he gave me. Manger took the 50$ off my bill.But I never received my 50$ deposit for the room..I just upset that the clerk lied in my face saying he didn’t remember taking the cash.Manger claimed they look at the video and didn’t see any money exchange.

Nate was at the desk when we arrived. We were looking at other amenities than what the Mictotel but Nate gave us other options and was familiar with the area. His expertise of the area helped us decide to stay there! The room was fine, the hotel was in a Quiet area, parking was secure, breakfast was fine, he was very familiar with the area & helped us find shopping and dining facilities! Nate was great for us - very pleased he was there when we arrived!!!
