This is regards to Motel 6, 156 West Interstate 65 Service Rd S, Mobile, AL 36608. On Friday November 2, 2024 we reserved two rooms through the via Expedia. Walking up the stairs there was an unknown substance that resembled feces. We were unable to get a refund. We proceeded to occupy in the room anyways. Walking through the hallways it was with smoke. Our stay was very unpleasant, we are requesting a refund or some form of compensation for our stay.

The motel was in a safe area and offered at a great value compared to other motels. So the bar is lowered when evaluating. It is an older motel but no bugs in the room and he smell was neutral.
