Lots of missed opportunities & potential
Staff didn’t want to be bothered with a customer at check in…. Room was very nasty and flooded, there was a lot of mold. We were changed a room not much better, but there didn’t seem to be any mold. Morning staff was much more friendly. Breakfast was not at all impressive. For a hotel with such amazing potential, the owner / manager doesn’t seem to want to reach for the top of the stairs, much less reach for the stars.

Many things were brocken in the room and in the bathroom. Air cond. very very very noisy. The room was wet. The bed was good and clean. The breakfast too succinct.

Absolutely terrible, the door was broken. We had to put a table in front of it to keep it closed. They said they were out of towels. It looked like rent by the hour or month going on there. The floors were sticky amd dirty. People were doing drugs. It was awful!

I'm not trying to bash the property. I believe people are living there full time. The outside appearance is awful. Paint is peeling on all the doors and sidewalks. People stacked trash around the garbage cans and cigarette butts in the courtyard everywhere. The breakfast area was terrible. Very little food and they couldn't keep up with coffee. The (1) person at the front desk was also handling the breakfast area. Terrible idea. Had my family and I seen actual pictures of the property, we never would have stayed there. This was the 4th Super 8 that we stayed at in our 2 week vacation and ALL the other properties looked like palaces compared to this one. The one positive was the staff was fantastic.

Look for something else!
I expected a CLEAN room but the floor in the bathroom was so dirty I had to wash it. The "remodel" work was below standards. The dog hair everywhere was gross. The door and lock looked like the FBI busted in several times. The outside lights flashed all night. It was scarey walking thru the broken sidewalks and the parking lot mad me feel like I was in the wrong place at the wrong time. I stayed one night and left.

Was promised twice to have someone to fix the door and no one showed up. Striker plate on the door was missing so the door would close but was very loose and easy to break into.

Che k in clerk has no idea where our room was .we had to find it in the dark. Massive cockroaches running around. No cups, plates in rooms. No tea or foffee in room only 1 towel. We did check in very late but not at all impressed.
