I just wanted to shout out Trina the housekeeping manager she was fabulous I kept having an issue with them sending housekeeping to my room after me asking for 2 days and she took on the responsibility of herself and it was immaculate I appreciate her role in leadership and how she stepped in when it was not getting done correctly She was the best part of my trip. Everyone else would say they would do something and would not do it We asked for towels they forget we asked to get light bulbs in the fixtures that didn't work when we got to the room they forgot They would say that somebody was coming and he was off everything outside of Trina was a disappointment.

I will never stay here again, broken heater in 2 rooms and I finally just settled into a third room. After a 10 hour drive that wasn’t fun to have to deal with and it wasn’t even clean.
