My stay was really great. Very friendly staff that was helpful. For the bathrooms, it would have been nice to have shower mats as there were issues with keeping the bathroom floor dry. Additionally, having hand soap in the bathrooms would be a nice additional touch. It would have also been nice to receive recommendations for places and restaurants to visit

Quiet location, close to Centre and train station
Clean and good location. Rooms are basic but they have lockers and blankets. Private bathroom is clean and good shower.

The peoperty is not brand new but taken care of, everithyng is functional. The staff is extremly helpful and kind and the location is good as well. Close to both the train station and the city center.

A scam
A basic hostel. i stayed in them before and no problem but not at the price of a four star hotel. Way overpriced. No breakfast available, not even cuttlery in the kitchen, only some supermarket cookies. No airco in the rooms. I feel terrible I fell for this scam. The people at the reception are very friendly but that is the only positive thing about the place

Convenient
Convenient place for low-key, short visits. We stayed for 2 nights. This hostel is very near the Modena train station, and the streets are well illuminated when walking at night. We stayed in a “Family Room”, near the laundry and had a private sink, shower and toilet. There is a shared sink area in the bathroom hall as well. No toiletries, and towel rental is 2 Euro. Our room window was towards the interior patio, which can be a bit noisy as other visitors were up until late. Room is super simple and clean. For our purpose and backpacking, works very well. Front desk closes sometime after 22:00, and returns 7:30 or so. Shared kitchen area for cooking. Breakfast can be purchased as well, but we didn’t tried it due to our schedule.

Terrible service. First, the hostel appears under Bologna area and when you arrive Bologna is not there, is in Modena! which walking is 8 hours, or a train of 45 min. so I called to canceled it and No One where willing to help me cancel the reservation, they said I had to make it online but anyway they will charge me the first night.I went online and didn't find how to cancel it so I called back and they hanged at me everytime they answered...! Terrible, a scam!! and they already discounted the first night I called to cancel more than 8 hours ago. Wouldn't recommend this place if you go to Bologna.

The room was very spacious and there was a huge cabinet for myself. What was great was that you get this voucher which allows you to park any blue zone in the city! Although advertised for free bicycle rental, apparently all the bikes were broken and there was no more of this service.
