The property was sold out during our stay. However, it was still very quiet. Not even a line for the single elevator. Clean contemporary property and room. Friendly and efficient staff. Nice complementary breakfast, patio and pool. Just off Hwy 99 near a quiet residential area.

We chose this property because of the lovely image of a firepit and the serene outdoor setting. Unfortunately, we couldn't find the firepit or tables, and the pool was not as appealing as we had hoped.

There was a very loud vibrating noise that occurred throughout both the night and day. Also the hot tub was not hot and it would have been very nice to be able to use that. Also when we were at breakfast, my husband saw the staff bring out the eggs and took them right away and they were cold and frozen in the middle. This can be quite dangerous with food borne illnesses. When my husband brought to the staff's attention they did microwave them for us and it was sufficiently warm but this is kind of unacceptable. When we brought these issues up with the front office staff, they said they could not refund any money because we went through a 3rd party. We did have to pay the pet fee of $100 so that could have partly been given back to us for these several problems during our stay.

Front desk doesn’t seem very organized, had to ask for more towels (booked a suite for 6 people only had 3 towels.) Other than that hotel is good, close to softball field, food & shopping.
