This was our second time staying here. Both times we have heard a lot of noise overnight, mostly from the hallways. I recognize that the behavior of other guests is not overly controllable. However, if there was a more sealed door (there was literally a 1.5 inch gap underneath our door open to the hallway) and perhaps better insulation, the noise would have been much better.

Area is generally safe but the tagged pumps at the gas station next door make you wonder about the area. Breakfast was mediocre at best. No bacon, chicken sausage? Warmed up pre-cooked eggs seem to be the norm these days but a sad decline in breakfast quality. The property is about 20 years old and starting to show its age a little but above average clean. Room tv's are too small and again show the properties age. I enjoyed the extra pillows and was able to obtain a couple more from the front desk. Linens were decent and bed was reasonably comfortable.

Decent stay, but utilities need updating.
Front desk attendants were friendly and welcoming. Room service staff were also friendly. However, the a/c/heating unit made clicking noises and did not regulate the temperature very well. Also, I had to turn the refrigerator unit off because it made a high-pitch sound while it was on all evening long.

The overall stay was nice. Unfortunately I was given access to my room a hour after my check-in time. I was told I would get a text message or a call when my room was ready however I had to find out through an Expedia agent that my room has been ready for 15 minutes after I tried cancelling my room through them. It was just a minor inconvenience considering that my wife had to get ready for reservations we had that night. Other than that the hotel was clean and the breakfast was awesome.
